How to use Seb Natural Calming Serum

Scalp Care

When to apply?

We recommend using the serum daily while an active flare-up is present. Most people prefer applying in the evening, when the scalp is free from styling products, allowing the serum to work overnight without interruption. As your scalp begins to settle, you can adjust to what feels right — whether that's daily, every other day, or simply when flare-ups occur.

How much to use?

We suggest using 5–10 drops total for the entire scalp.

How to apply?

  1. Start with a dry or slightly damp scalp
  2. Part the hair into sections where the scalp feels irritated or flaky
  3. Apply a few drops directly to the scalp, not the hair
  4. Gently massage using fingertips — do not scratch
  5. Leave on overnight

How long to leave it in?

We suggest leaving it on for at least 1–2 hours. For best results, apply it in the evening and leave it on overnight. Because the formula is oil-based, it may add a natural shine. Simply shampoo as normal after use.

How often to use?

During flare-ups: Apply daily. Maintenance: Once the scalp has settled, use as often as needed to help maintain balance.

What to expect?

Many notice reduced itching and tightness within a few days. Flaking & redness often begins to settle over the first week. Results improve with regular, correct use.

What not to do

  • Do not scrub or aggressively remove flakes.
  • Avoid layering with fragranced scalp products immediately after.
  • Avoid applying to broken or weeping areas.

Tips!

Oil-based serums may leave light marks on fabrics. If applying on scalp overnight, a towel can be used to protect bedding.

Skin Care

When to apply?

We recommend using the serum daily while an active flare-up is present. Most people prefer applying in the evening, when the skin is clean and free from other products, allowing the serum to sit undisturbed.

Use 1–3 drops per affected area. A little goes a long way, consistency matters more than quantity.

How to apply?

  1. Start with clean, dry skin.
  2. Place a small drop onto your fingertip.
  3. Gently massage into the affected area, avoid rubbing or overworking the skin.
  4. Leave on to absorb.

What not to do

Tips!

Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Apply a small amount of serum to your fingertips first before applying to skin close to the eye area. If contact occurs, rinse with clean water.

Beard Care

When to apply?

We recommend using the serum daily while an active flare-up is present, ideally in the evening when the beard and skin underneath are clean and free from other products.

How much to use?

Use 5–10 drops, depending on beard length and density. A little goes a long way — focus on the skin beneath the beard rather than the hair itself.

How to apply?

  1. Start with a clean, dry beard and skin.
  2. Place a small drop onto your fingertips.
  3. Massage gently into the skin underneath the beard, working through the hair if needed.
  4. Avoid rubbing or scratching irritated areas.
  5. Leave on to absorb.
